Here's what I want you to know: you don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. You just have to be ready for something to change.

Before we do anything else, I'd like to simply talk with you.
A free discovery call is a brief, no-pressure conversation where you can tell me what's going on, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense. There's no commitment, no paperwork, and no expectations beyond an honest conversation.

What Happens After You Reach Out?

I want the process of getting started to feel as simple and low-pressure as possible. Here's what to expect:

You reach out.

Call, email, or fill out the contact form. Any of these works.

We schedule a free discovery call.

We'll find a time that works for you and have a brief conversation to make sure we're a good fit.

We schedule your first session.

If it feels right to both of us, we'll get your first appointment on the calendar and take care of any intake paperwork.

We get to work.

Sessions are conducted via telemental health, so all you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

A Note From Lee

I know reaching out to a therapist takes courage. You may have been carrying what you're carrying for a long time, and the idea of talking about it with someone new can feel uncomfortable or uncertain. That's normal.

My goal from the very first contact is to make you feel respected, heard, and at ease. You won't be rushed, judged, or pushed toward anything before you're ready. I simply want to understand what's going on in your life and honestly explore whether I'm the right person to help.
